Because my device is EoL, they wrote to me that they cannot provide any technical support. If I want new features and technical support I should buy a newer device. If I wanted that they would refer me to sales.

@JustAnotherUser Is your NAS 326 already Eol? Then you will probably get the same answer from Zyxel support as I did: buy a newer device. I believe Mijzelf knows what he's doing.

What to do now ? Can i fix it ?

I did the update to 5.21 ABAG 15 a few days ago. The last thing that worked was installing apps with 5.21 ABAG 13

What can i do now ?

With Windows Explorer i reached Zyxel server and download fw 5.21 and zypkg packet . Does this help ?
