Which product are you using?

Need to put the NAS and your mobile under the same subnet, if your mobiles and NAS are not at the same subnet, you're not able to connecet to your Nas device.

You can use the backup planner on NAS326 to backup your file. I think that would be more easier than copy and paste on the windows.

I do not have Huawei mobile. So far, we do not met the symptoms on my iPhone, everything just works fine.

It seems like the internet will lose and then get back quickly. Make sure the ethernet cable plug correctly, Or try other cable and check it.

Maybe your PC is not the same network with your NAS. You can put your NAS and your PC under the same IP subnet and check it. 

What model is your router that has internet problems?

Which model name and firmware version of your Zyxel product? Has any screenshots about your problem? And any detail explanation?
