If you enable remark DSCP, you have to configure both uplink and downlink to trust and then QoS will work normally. For trust mode, I will configure CoS-Dscp to trust both types. I think you don't have to configure PVID 200 on port 25,27,44 if you have already configured these ports to fixed and tagged. If the port is configured to fixed "untagged" then you have configure PVID 200

After reading your description, I don't think it is related to 802.1x and it's more likely related to the VLAN mis-configuration and seems like the problem has been resolved?
