If your device is two bays model, then you can insert the new disk, then copy the data from small disk to new disk. For me, I only know if device is 1 bay model, then use Linux PC or bootDVD such as Ubuntu bootDVD, insert the small disk to PC's sata port and boot, then PC can read the data from small disk, and able to copy…

What kind of client do you use to play the video? And did you connect to 2.4G or 5G? I see there is the new update v2.00(ABKJ.4)C0 ready, have you upgarde it?

Hi, Zyxel didn't design any web page, that is why you cannot find the web UI, even you find the cam's IP addresss. Second part, I think this is no possible as no way to control it, and most of CAM has this design.
