@Mee I am using my EMG3425 admin password to login my MultyPro APP. Due to different APP might use different design, so I not sure if your problem could be resolve by my way. Maybe you could provide the APP name what you download and which router you use.

@eatkoolaid I was contacting my ISP for the FW. According to ISP, they won't the FW public at Zyxel, and they could control the FW by themselves.

@TNzyxel @Scott I was contact Zyxl US support for the FW already, they told me the model not support online FW check but I forgot the reason. Maybe you might also contact the team for the latest FW.

@jlupacch I got same issue with yours, but I had reported my ISP and got fixed. Would you try the same way?

@JG_213 You might contact Ting to check can you swap EMG3425 to other AP, due to not sure if Ting block its service when recognize unknow device.

In my home, the older smart phone which only has 2.4G and it could connect to EMG3425 around 15 feet with good internet access. But different environment will get different result.

@nicolas I use admin to login and could see the FW upgrade. The function always shows on the GUI page in my device, may I know what method will let you see the problem in yours?

@robojeff The display problem I met before, and it was issue told by ISP. You might need to request your ISP for new firmware.

Could you check the rule? You might switch to allow the firewall rule. The default is deny.

Did you check your PC get IP from EMG2926-Q10A? Since EMG2926-Q10A support auto-ip change that EMG detect same subnet with root AP, it will change IP to 10.0.0.1. That might the reason you cannot ping 192.168.1.1.
