  • Hello,I have the same problem as Franklin on a NAS326. When I uninstall the "myzyxelcloud app", the hard drives go into sleep mode after the set time and the LEDs flash slowly.I don't use remote operations. After a while, the “myzyxelcloud app” installs itself and the hard drives no longer go into sleep mode.
