Hi Kathy, I wrote you a few emails to say that the concerned network is now accessible. Did you get them? Now you ought to be able to access the controller. Best regards Mirko

I just pinged the AP and everything ang get a suitable response. I can provide remote access and I'd like to send you the details by private message if possible. Best regards Mirko

So after 20 hrs of connection to the controller it still shows me "mgmt" while all the other APs are showing "compatible". Please take a look at the screenshot I took. https://i.imgur.com/tfoyIqS.jpg The logfile is giving me "diconnected reason:idle in disc state" for that AP. Best regards Mirko

Hi Kathy, thanks for your help. I did the firmware update and directly after that is was no longer accessible via the default IP 192.168.1.2 . I connected it to the controller and it still shows me "Mgmt" but the correct firmware 5.10 (UJC.3). Best regards Mirko

Thanks this is going to help me out I think. Do I need to extract the file "nwa5kcn50" from the dropbox to get the .bin file or just upload the whole thing? If so, please provide the extraction password. Best regards ... Mirko
