Hi, Thanks for replying. When I mentioned the 5.11 firmware, I meant I tested all firmwares down to 5.11 version!! So all firmwares versions from the newest V5.21(AAZF.9)C0 down to 5.11 have the same problem!!

More data:The Nas326 just crashed during the backup using the 5.11 firmware. Dmesg didn't show anything and when the NAS crashes, I cannot access its IP anymore. Hello, Thanks for replying. As each test takes about 15 hours to finish, I am thinking about downgrading the firmware. I tried, but the gui tells me that I cannot downgrade! Is there a way that I can downgrade the firmware? Maybe trough SSH?

More data: Tried to make another backup. This time the Nas326 crashed before the backup was finished! I was able to turn it off by pressing the front power button several times.
