I have contacted Netatmo as well. But separating 2.4 and 5 GHz is not an option because that will disable true mesh.

I am having the same problem. Replaced my old T-Link gateway which had common SSID for 2.4 and 5 GHz and “smart band steering” with 3 x Multy U. Upgraded Multy to latest firmware.
