Are you far away from the wireless router? 5G wireless network are usually weaker than 2.4G wireless network. If you created two wireless network names for 2.4 and 5 G networks, you can try forgetting the 2.4G network on your PC and just connect only with the 5G network.

Hi @Zyxel_Steven , I meant your WAC series that offers ZyMESH, not zMESH. I guess all of these mesh solutions are different? Just wanted to double check...
