Hi @Zyxel_Bella. Thank you very much for your support2. Kind Regards.

Hello @Zyxel_Bella. Unfortunately, the AP went offline minutes after the above reply was posted to this thread. No more clues about what's going wrong. Maybe the device has some kind of hardware failure. Kind regards.

Hello @Zyxel_Bella. I changed the switch connection port and link the AP with a shorter and tested cable. First time, online status lasted 5 minutes, time enough to promote a firmware upgrade action. Afterwards, when offline, I changed the cable and switch port and, for the moment, the AP stays online since morning…

Hello @Zyxel_Bella. As well as you said, there was a mis-configuration on AP settings. Wireless config were set to point VLAN 10. Settings fixed to use VLAN 1 and all the devices are getting the correct IP (DHCP packets traffic flowing as expected...). Apreciate for your support, thank you. Best regards

We're going to continue analizing our network topology, and get a better configuration for our company. Thank you very much. Kind regards.

I've found a possible workaround by configuring the SSID Guest to use Zyxel DHCP & NAT and clients receive IP addresses in an…

Hi @Zyxel_Jason Not really sure about the NSG configuration. I've been researching on Internet how to check and configure it, but no success on that subject. Zyxel Support flag has been set to enabled, so access granted. Thank you for your help and lessons.

Hi @Zyxel_Jason. First of all, your comment is really apreciated. Thank you. Regarding the points commented: For sake of clarity (and accordlingly to the third point), I've configured AP's with VLANS 1 and 20. Furthermore, SSIDs have been renamed with more explicit IDs: "SC-Test-1" (old "Corporative" with VLAN1) and…
