Downloaded and installed the latest firmware - still coming back with "Invalid pre-shared key"

so I have the modem/router detailed in the first photo. the second photo shows the _guest account “entry point”. Third photo is the resultant screen. Fourth photo is the message I get after selecting save (happens if I change the password or leave it as the default provided)
