In my defense I recently joined the company and this is what I inherited 😅 So, do you have any ideas why firmware is not upgrading at least for the running partition which has V5.30 installed?

@Zyxel_James thank you for your reply, But why Running partition doesn't upgrade firmware from 5.30 to the latest? Is it connected to outdated standby partition?

Hi, Please advise on Step 5. How do I switch to standby partition? This is the first time I am upgrading firmware on Zyxel device.
