@nafetsreuab May we know what application/software you use for the ping test? Zyxel_Lucious
-
Hi @nafetsreuab In current Zyxel design, the priority of ICMP process in CPU queue is rather moderate which may lead to higher ping latency. In general usage, it should not cause major impact to the service. Zyxel_Lucious

@Username_is_reserved Not quite get your point. There are people living in various time zones, it's not reasonable to ask all of them to use GMT+0. Zyxel_Lucious

@krymtON Welcome to Zyxel community. Would you mind doing some cross test for us? Connect a PC (or another PD) to the PoE injector to see if any connection loss. BTW, what brand is the PoE injector? Have you tried another one? Zyxel_Lucious

@imaohw 1. CLI reference guide is a "generic" document which cannot be 100% precisely applied to every model. See the note on first page: some command options in this guide may not be available in your product. 2. In older ZYNOS software like 4.30 on XGS3700 series, the priority of ICMP process in CPU queue is rather low…

Hi @PeterUK Thanks for the opinion, we'll surely place it into our feature queue for evaluation. Sincerely, Zyxel_Lucious

@Coty Zyxel transceivers are guaranteed to be compatible since they're fully tested and verified with our switch. For other 3rd party ones, the compatibility is not guaranteed because there are numerous SFP in the market. It is impossible to verify all of them. Zyxel_Lucious

@FAGHM The concept should be to deny all incoming traffic except the specific ones you'd like to allow. I take UDP 5015&5016 port as example: Classifier: The "Deny all" classifier must be weight less than others. Policy Rule: Zyxel_Lucious
-
@FAGHM Welcome to Zyxel community. You can use ACL (Classifier + Policy Rule) to regulate ingress traffic of particular (source / destination) IP address, or even by L4 socket number in order to achieve the goal. Please find attached user guide page 171~184 for detail guide. Let us know if any question. Zyxel_Lucious

@Edifica Welcome to Zyxel community. It seems to us that the problem is on GS1200 you did not set VLAN 4 tagged-out for the port connecting to ATP (maybe port 1?). Zyxel_Lucious

@bzzt Glad to hear your result. As for your question: Because it's merely datecode for issues on particular cases. All the bugfix will be included into next official patch firmware for XGS3700 series. Zyxel_Lucious
-
@imaohw The datecode 430AAGC2C0_20200306 is based on V4.30(AAGC.2)_2020131. It contains new bugfixes involving system crash issue, but not LACP issues. The LACP issue I mentioned is just like @bzzt described, connection failure when intentionally disconnect one of LACP links. This issue had been fixed in earlier datecode…

Hi @bzzt This is a known issue that LACP working incorrectly in stacking operation. Please use attached datecode to resolve the problem. Zyxel_Lucious

@tzurnissa 1. What baudrate did you use for the terminal? Try to use baudrate 115200 (configure atba 5). 2. Try another terminal software, such as "Teraterm" which is highly recommended. 3. Try another console cable. Hopefully they can help. Zyxel_Lucious

Hi @tzurnissa Welcome to Zyxel community. Please find below for your reference to factory-reset the switch. Basically it's a similar procedure as https://businessforum.zyxel.com/discussion/1279/why-does-the-zyxel-switch-can-t-bootup-properly#latest You can find attachment for the .bin & .rom you will need. Hopefully it…
