reset switch to factory settings?

Hello, friends. I was recommended to work with zyxel equipment and I received two GS-3012F devices used for creating new ones. I try to reset them without success, there is not enough information on the site and I can not even find the specific model of switches on the official site, in fact I already want to give up so I turn to you for help, is there a step by step guide on how to reset these devices to factory settings Via R232 connection?

Welcome to Zyxel community.
Please find below for your reference to factory-reset the switch.
Basically it's a similar procedure as

You can find attachment for the .bin & .rom you will need.

1. What baudrate did you use for the terminal? Try to use baudrate 115200 (configure atba 5).
2. Try another terminal software, such as "Teraterm" which is highly recommended.
3. Try another console cable.
