try to replace your ethernet cables with CAT6 ones. 10Mbit connections established when cable or pins are damaged or not even connected! with a normally working cat5 or cat5e (which is the most common ones) under 100m length you will get 100mbit. *I apologize in case you already know that stuff, just trying to help.. also…

i think everyone would appreciate if you give us some more details like: how are you connected to the NAS? usb ? ethernet? wireless? do you download-upload somewhere else at the same time? are you sure that is not a hard drive issue at your pc ?

I have a possible solution that you'll not like. (i will describe the process for mine VMG1312-B10D) Try this: 1) download a backup of your configuration settings. 2) look for the Static DHCP lines in the file you downloaded. (maybe search for "StaticAddress"). 3) add manually some more Static addresses. 4)try to upload.…
