I have asked again the tech support and I got the link to the FW (version 12) in a very prompt way.

I did it but I received an automatic email saying that e-mail address is not valid anymore in EU. Then I have not tried to contact the support in a different way.

Thanks a lot for the provided information, very useful. Indeed, version 13 was shared by a user on the OpenWrt thread: . When stable, the OpenWrt way would be very attractive.
