Hello Zyxel, I've tried the following and have these results: The same error is for both Secutiry router and Firewall. I don't yet have VPN enabled as I need more understanding how to use it from internal to internet and from external to access my local network. PS: When I read this thread, I read "Don't Tell Me You…

Hi @Taz2_0 Edited to correct silly grammar errors! Follow what @tonygibbs16 below suggests as that is good advice. Firstly, have you read the manuals - read the quick start guide? I did a quick search for your model, registerd with Zyxel and they gave me access to the quides and manual. On the rear of your unit you should…

The current setup consists of seven switches, three of which are unmanaged and the remaing four consist of three of Zyxel's XGS1250-12 and one XMG1915-10EP managed switches. These are spread across the house and workshop which are divided into three sections. The challenge of wiring this up, took me around 4-years which…

Hi @Zyxel_Kay, Thank you for your answer. This is very good news in regard to SNMP on the XMG1915. I've now enabled this and will run a topology mapper again. Having SNMP on XGS1250-12 would be tremendous upgrade and help to us using these products. Our (I know mine is) home networks are becoming increasingly complex The…

Hello Zyxel, Yes, please do consider adding SNMP to the XGS1250 and XMG1915 range of products. My home network is quite complex for a home and I would expect many more very savvy users of the XGS1250-12 product line (and others) with their own complext setup. I could simply replace my four devices (3x XGS1250-12 and 1x…

Hello @Zyxel_Kay, Thank you for these changes. Today I updated to the lastest firmware (was not aware it was available) and note the addition of VLAN Status and CRC error columns. I would however, like to request a further change (maybe need this on another thread??). The need to have TX, RX and CRC columns dynamically…

Hi @Zyxel_Kay, I see your query above has not been answered. For my, I think a simple count of dropped packets would be good. It could be useful to know on the receiving end that the CRC check has failed. Dropped packets and CRC error might not translate into the same error though. Have you made any progress in adding this…

Hello Kay, Thanks for your reply. I am aware the VLAN tab allows a quick view but it takes time to digest that information. However, when looking at the System page, it is more convenient and productive to have this information displayed in a simple way as an overall quick overview of my setup. Having VLANs displayed on…
