Is your NAS configured with a static or a DHCP IP address obtained from the router? If it get IP from the router, you can check your router DHCP table to find your NAS.

It needs takes lots of time to sync to dropbox if you already have lots of files on the account. You can try to register a new account and do upload file or download file , it should sync immediately if you lower the update period

If there is no disk in the NAS or there is only one disk in the NAS, will the NAS goes busy?

As I know, it does not allow a regular user to have ssh access to the device. And the access could only for administrator or root user.

If you're ISP support IPv6, ISP would provide you dynamic or static IP address, you can ask your ISP for more information, if you cannot reach ISP, you can collect the packet on the WAN side of your router and capture the packet to analyze it and find out what type of IPv6 you're ISP provided.

There is a instant upload function in zyxel drive app, but it need take lots of and stay in the page to complete.

It seems it only support to upload 5 file at the same time to the NAS when using the browser. Try to map a network drive to a NAS share, then you can easily copy and paste the file to the folder on your NAS.

If there is a router above the NAS, you can check the DHCP table on the router and find out what is your NAS IP address.

Try to click the status of the volume. It should show the pairing on the bar. Could you get the file while the volume show degrade on your disk? If you can copy out the file in the disk, maybe you can try to copy out all the files and reboot the NAS again and see if there is repairing button for it

You can set up static IP on WAN of the NBG device and directly connect another PC with static ip the same subnet on the wan to it and test speed using iperf or build up openspeedtest server on the PC and directly check the performance using wifi client under the NBG router. If the result is the same, it might be the issue…
