I am able to access the 'twonky server' folder using SSH WinSCP program.I am NOT able to remove the file 'twonkyserver.ini'.I am told:"Permission denied. Error code: 3 Error message from server: Permission denied" Can anyone tell how to have the NAS326 allow read/write permission for those files???

Mijzelf, Right on! I had reset the NAS326 back to factory, then brought back a saved configuration. Anyway the SSH setting was not enabled. It is working now. Thank you very much for taking the trouble.Les CarlsonSio

Hi TY9527, Thanks for your input. Per your suggestion I port forward in router to port 80. Nas326 still identifies ip address as 0.0.0.0. BUT zyxel.me via zcloud now finds nas326. Thank you very much for your help. Les Carlson

Router says upnp enabled. Nas control panel says 'found upnp router', IP address '0.0.0.0'. Nas works locally lan, but not wan zyxel.me zcloud.

It is too bad the backup job (incremental) could not have been picked up where it left off (before the factory reset). The backup jobs had to be recreated from scratch.
