What model of the disk are you using? After unplug the second disk, Can you access the NAS Turn off the power and plug in the disk then power up the NAS will it work?

The UPnP on NAS is on by default, so you don't have to enable it as long as your Router support UPnP. You can check the UPnP status from the Control Panel, Network. Are you able to pair your NAS to myZyxelCloud?

Seems it may relate to the PC itself. You can type \\nsa325v2_IP\ to view all of NAS folders on Windows Explorer. Then pin the path or mount it as your network folder.
