I managed to fix it by selecting autoswitch NSA-5G/4G and now it always stays on NSA-5G. If I set to 5G-SA/NSA - 5G/4G it fails back only to 4G.

No, ISP does not disconnect me. It's just that suddenly it "falls" back to LTE. If I manually change the Band to anything and then back to autoswitch, it sets the 5G back. Tried also with another router from different brand and it stays on 5G all the time...
