We have a client who just called and they use SSL VPN, but do not use MFA. They are also experiencing the issue.

I would like to note that we now have another client having the issue. I believe this issue is related to the SSL VPN and not the L2TP VPN. I have a client that has 5.36 and has numerous L2TP VPN users and they have not reported any issues (and they are heavy VPN users).

We are running firmware (ATP200) - 5.36(ABFW.0) and we are also having the issue with a client that uses the VPN heavily. We rebooted the first day thinking it was just a "fluke". @Zyxel_Cooldia We are seeing this same problem at a client site when they try to access https://v.cvtapp.com/madmin/login/index -- They are greeted by the "Web Page Blocked!!" landing page. We have disabled all DNS and Content Filtering and are still not able to reach the page.
