I wasn't able to solve the problem. So finally I decided to choose the data from my backup, so one day data was lost.

Today, I got an automatic firmware update notification and the enclosed documentation says, that the schuduler bug should be solved.

ZyXEL NAS326 (4TB) and ZyXEL NAS540 (16TB) - Running well with the current firmware 5.21. I hope to get more addons (plugins) in the future for the Nas.
