I think that you are completely missing the point of my enquiry so I am going to post my question elsewhere where I hope to get the answer I need.

I cannot provide a screenshot of the TV, it just says "Device disconnected" and I have to wait for the TV to find it again for a few minutes. How do I get a screenshot of the NAS Utilization? I have a TerraMaster F8-422 Here is a diagram of my network The NAS and the PC each have one 10Gb ethernet and two 1Gb ethernet ports

I tried to register it here: " It's a XGS1250-12 network switch
-
On another question, I found the solution by switching out a dodgy ethernet cable. I will see if this problem reoccurs with that cable switched to a new one.
-
I have managed to solve it myself. I switched out one of the cat 6 cables and the performance is much better now.

The JumboFrame suggestion, is this on the laptop, the PC or the NAS? Also do I need to change anything on the switch?
-
Just checked, it's using the latest version of the firmware
-
No, but I can give it a try

Thank you all for your explanations

This has nothing to do with two PCs I am trying to set it up so that one PC can upload a single file to the NAS at 2Gb/s
