Support found the device to be defective. RMA process started.

Nope that didn't work either. I am suspecting since the "standby" firmware is v4.60, and the running firmware is v4.65; this is creating the issue. Per documentation, to upgrade to v4.70+ the device needs to be at least v4.65. Neither firmware slots will upgrade. I am unable to locate the exact same v4.65 (AAKY.1) firmware…

I power cycled the usg60, physically unplugged the power. Downloaded the 4.72 firmware to my local pc. Uploaded it to the "#1 Standby" firmware slot which is currently at v4.60. Still did not work. I do have _ (underscores) in some object descriptions. Those need to be removed?
