How can a company offer a security product that locks you out? I mean this is just beyond BS. I was forced to change a password on a USG60, no big deal. but now I can't login. Its a remote site 2400 miles away, how am I supposed to do this? Zyxel, any solutions? Seriously what are you guys smoking there???
