ehm... I checked the firmware recovery procedure... but I want to ask...1) in which area is the recovery image going to be written? 1 or 2 ? (standby/running) ?2) is the last (good?) configuration retained after firmware recovery? I am asking this 'cause at the moment we could switch back to 4.20(AAKY.2)and its last good…

the wizard procedure was mangled beyond "cache problems"... we tried connecting to the USG60 with different workstationsand all of them showed the missing tabs/labels... this brings me to exclude a "simple" visualization problem... I appreciate your help nevertheless! :-)Luca
