After wusa roll back KB5009543, problem resolved. W10 Client L2TP access USG60 worked fine.

Can you be more specific on what Policy Rule did you refer to ? Besides roll back Window 10/11 recent updates, is there any option that we can take to overcome this issue?

Kevin, how can I DISABLE the password expiry option? I prefer to have its admin password NEVER expired. Now I can access WebUI via my admin by forcing the previously logged in (engaged) admin user.
-
I don't quite understand what do you mean by AF AIK selectively.

Just a curiosity, this scenario happened after firmware upgrade to v4.70 (for USG60). Is it something to do with this level of firmware?
-
In addition, can I use WebUI to set the expiration period? Can I change 'admin' password directly on the WebUI - configure - object - Group/User so as to bypass the expired password prompt?
-
Now I cannot CLI via Putty to my USG60, no matter I use 'admin' or 'adminbkup' / the Putty DOS box just closed after I typed in password. Believed I have to wait for another "timeout" period and re-try again. Any further advice from support on my scenario?

I did the above via CLI and try to login 'admin' still failed with below screen capture.

Is there a way to set the password expiry to NEVER? If not, how can I set/extend the built-in admin user password expiry to a longer date?
-
I logged in WebUI, follow your instruction. 2 admin users defined. But the built-in admin always prompted for password change. How can I reset it? As I followed the password change prompt, it said max users/simulataneous users reached.

Thanks. But this morning I tried Putty again, sometimes the Putty application (DOS box) closed without letting me sign in the CLI. I tried several times and screen print the below for your review. I found 3 users on the "show users all" CLI command, any hint on why there is no timeout for admin session login and max user…

See my admin login home page (WebUI) below. Please advise where can I reset or set the admin session timeout.

I don't know. Now I could CLI to USG60 and add another admin user, could login again. Please advise in which section of the WebUI can I reset or disable the admin user timeout parameter?
