Wireguard has now officially landed in the upcoming standard kernel (5.6) - and therefore is going to work without requiring any DKMS (Dynamic Kernel Module Support), by which many distributions have already delivered wireguard. Furthermore, many distributions have already done some backporting to other, older kernels…

Despite not yet mainlined into the Linux Kernel, most distros already have it in their repositories or even pack it into the standard distro.I wished ZyXEL would include it into their ZyWalls. (USG....) That would be a great way to connect from my Linux Notebook to the company network. As well as connecting two ZyWalls…
