It's been well over 24 hours, and I haven't experienced the issue at all since turning off MLO. Previously it was happening multiple times per day, so I think that's the answer. The logs above show it, but I'd specifically like to highlight that even though I only had MLO enabled on 1 of my 3 SSIDs, clients to all SSIDs…

I hope you'll continue to investigate, but in the meantime, I'm going to attempt turning off MLO, since it's technically still "beta" and there seem to be numerous other issues with it in the current firmware. Useful as it is for my WiFi 7 clients, it's not worth these constant disconnects. I'll report back whether or not…

In fact, here's a CSV export of all the log entries that seem to show the whole event, in case it helps to line it up with the diagnostic file.

Slightly more detail to find what you need in the log/diagnostic file: Nebula GUI logs show devices being kicked off around 10:13:26 local time, and the next couple of minutes look like the AP radios restarting, but it doesn't appear (at least to me) to be doing a full reboot like the known kernel panic issue.

AP is on the latest firmware, showing as "V7.00(ACGG.3) (Latest)" in Nebula. My configurations are pretty well matched to what's described there. Note also that ALL clients get kicked simultaneously, regardless of band, SSID, signal strength, etc. The clients are also a mix of device types, OS, WiFi version, etc. (In other…

Yes, that was it. It was set to 802.11ax. I switched it to Auto and everything is working as expected now. Thanks!

I was seeing similar throughput due to what turned out to be a poorly connected antenna wire. ~350 Mbps before it was fixed, consistently over 2 Gbps and often over 3 Gbps after fixing it. Dell Alienware x15 R1 with an Intel Killer BE1750. Obviously can't be sure that's your problem, but may be worth checking.

Thanks, that's a good tip! Do you know if that's part of the WiFi 7 spec, or is that purely a limitation in this Zyxel firmware? I know we're kind of on the bleeding edge here, even if the spec is now ratified…Раздел: some clients can't connect to WBE660S with firmware 7.00 and MLO enabled Комментарий от BenHead 25 июл

Sure. Detailed repro and screenshots…. Using my phone (named "Xperia 1iii" in Nebula, MAC 3C:01:EF:A9:DF:D2), which is connected to access point "office AP" (F4:4D:5C:7C:AF:A0) on SSID "Anime5" on the 5GHz band, I open the Google Home app. I click on Devices, then select device Kitchen display. This is a Google label, but…

Yes, the Home app can always find devices on the other AP, but not on the same AP as the phone, even after the phone roams between APs. That is, if the phone is connected to AP1, it can find devices connected to AP2 (but not AP1). If it roams to AP2, it can then find devices connected to AP1 (but not AP2). With more…
