not sure what the problem was but I removed all the NAT rules from the Nebula portal, re-added the only rule I needed for the NVR and it just worked straight away. Must have been a bug with the Nebula portal.

from my_device on LAN to 192.168.1.30:80 it works perfectly. From my_remote_device to WAN_IP:7980 doesn’t work.

Sorry @mMontana I misread your question. yes, USGFLEX200 has a FULL OPEN policy for testing purposes. what do you mean by: Side question: USGFlex 200 firewall allow connection from wan on port 7980?

yes, device NVR on 192.168.1.30 used to work with exactly the same config with a different router.

the WAN connection goes to the public internet and there are no filers on the line as it’s directly connected to the DSL. The provider doesn’t have any filter in place. Sorry for the confusion, it’s a USG FLEX200, I believe the issue is with the nebula portal and something in the configuration.

Therefore if I have an organisation with even only one site BASE the entire organisation is BASE. Is this correct? @Nebula_Melen How can I submit a tracking ticket? Can you please explain in more detail the licence application? For example, if I have 10 sites in the same organisation. I want 2 sites to be PRO and 8 sites to be BASE. Can I do it in the same organisation?

Thanks @Nebula_Chris I will check the cat6 patch lead from the modem to the WAN port. How can I see the linking speed from the portal? I can only see the below. Can you please explain how I can check the speed once I'm on site?

tested with speedtest.net using NWA110AX so connected at 1300Mbps in ax mode
