Hi Sir, sometime the server maybe used the port 8080 to do some service so the Port Forward when you setup, if possible you can change the port and try to test again ? if still have problem, please contact your ISP.

the MTU, PPPOE should be 1492 and IPOE is 1500. you can refer the user's guide " Chapter 18" USB Service.

Hi Sir sorry, we can not do that, because the FW just for that ISP, you can not change FW to other ISP.

Hi I guess you bought the product from Telecom Egypt, and you update to global generic FW, so the password different with your back label; you need check with the ISP with your issue.
