Hello @Zyxel_Melen Thanks for your response. APN is configured automatic, no manually used APN. Band is using Band Auto Selection, what do you recommend? Seems to be also issue with other ZyXEL models, see topic: https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/26334/fwa510-nr-5g-keeps-disconnecting-from-5g

Here the same problem with a FWA505 and 5G. Disconnects from 5G. ZyXEL is doing nothing. See also topic: Please ZyXEL help us!

Please note that using 4G is stable. Problem seems only with 5G. I heard my telecom Provider KPN Netherlands has some problems.

@Zyxel_Melen have applied the DNS setting, but randomly still connection problems. I dont use the Nebula to access the router, but how can support help me?

Hello, Here the same issue with an unstable connection with the Nebula FWA505. Router seems online and working, but connection is not working. Router can be connected by browser, but need to restart to repair LTE/5G connection. Terrible experience so far. Any tips?
