The method you're using saves any recent changes from the 'Running Config' to 'Config 1' or 'Config 2', depending on which config you booted from. If you miss this step the recent changes will be lost when you reboot the switch. To make a config backup file you need to do the following…. 4.8 GUI - Maintenance > Backup…trong Switch GS1920-24 where to find saved configuration? Bình luận của FlamencoAssassin Tháng 12 2024

Thanks @Zyxel_Melen I can quote the post made by your colleague on March 18th if needed.

Thanks for the adding the Private MIB support. The extra SNMP data is really useful. I was expecting this highly anticipated update to be in the form of a V4.80 update with the revised webUI. This is based on a post made by a Zyxel rep in this community back in March. Is a V4.80 update still in the pipeline?

Thanks @Zyxel_Judy I'll look into adding that into LibreNMS.

Hi @Zyxel_Judy Thank you for the release of the new XS1930-12HP firmware. I've just installed it and I can now see hardware monitor values and transceiver power which is great. I'm looking forward to the XGS1930-28HP release. However, I was expecting to see per port PoE values as stated in the thread linked below. But…

Excellent idea!

Thanks @Zyxel_Judy that's excellent news.

Could this feature be rolled out to other smart managed switch firmware updates please. I have XS1930-12HP and XGS1930-28HP switches.

Both of these should be considerably cheaper than $600 and have been available long enough to be even more reasonably priced in the used market. The remaining RJ45 ports can service any 1G capable devices you have. The…

Thanks @Zyxel_Judy Given that you couldn't replicate the problem and therefore have no fix, a replacement may suffer from the same issue. Therefore I'll hang on to my switch for now and keep monitoring.

It's only happened on the one occasion so not a surprise that you couldn't replicate in your lab. Did you run the date as 14th March 2024? Do you really want us to send our switches for RMA?
