Multy Plus doesn't support admin login but you can download it's smartphone app for management. You can connect a client to your ISP router directly and check if the problem related to ISP router or Multy Plus.

Well, maybe problem is related to your network? Did you reboot your router?

i think it's not possible because htdocs is read-only even you upgrade the dependencies looks like you can't copy joomla into that folder.

how did you update the certificate? you can try find command if you know the name of the script find / -iname "script" or maybe try reboot the machine? by the way how did you find zyxel_xmpp_cl is communicating with aws? can you share screenshot or command for that?

try upgrading all partitions for both machines then reboot them. device ha should need same fw for both machines.

You don't need to remove expired licenses. Licenses are expired it will not any function on the gateway.

Apart from ADP and UTP profiles, traffic statistics also can influence the performance. You may consider disable traffic statistics as well.

You have to delete the L2TP VPN's dependencies before removing it. Click on L2TP VPN's Reference under IPSec VPN settings and unlink the references one by one. When you uncheck Enable L2TP Over IPSec and delete IPSec VPN gateway and VPN Connection objects it will be removed.
