Hi, I am new here, for at least after some years. I had problems downloading the Zon utility, and found out the reason, at least in my case.
The email message had the right download link, but copying and inserting it in the browser address bar got it hyphenated. I don't remember any of this kind in my over 30 years Internet usage.

Maybe something related to the h4 header tags covering the link, I don't know. But maybe Zyxel could check this, and if this problem can be reproduced, do something to it or at least mention to the downloading users?
