Mel, it's a Zyxel Support's way to help. Asking questions, wondering if the NAS works in some other protocol, exp SMB, FTP, USB etc.It must work with SMB correctly, but it doesn't.So, does anybody know how to get the NAS system log?

I started a ticket in Zyxel Support, but they definetely don't want to help, just ask a hundred questions and advice to reset NAS to default or reboot or remake a RAID5 volume.
