Hi, I have a problem connected with copying files to NAS via SMB,
but the problem isn't permanent.
How can I get NAS system logs to know more about the trouble?

Can you explain details about the problem of copying files to NAS via SMB?
(NAS -> PC or PC -> NAS or Both?)
What kind of situation you encountered?

I started a ticket in Zyxel Support, but they definetely don't want to help, just ask a hundred questions and advice to reset NAS to default or reboot or remake a RAID5 volume. Frustrating!
I can illustrate my trouble with this footage:

So I'm very excited to get the logs

Do you check all HDDs has bad track or not?

May I know does the copy problem still occurred if you used WebDAV to mount the shared folders on your Windows device? I used freeware: RaiDrive (https://www.raidrive.com/) for this.

Mel, it's a Zyxel Support's way to help.  Asking questions, wondering if the NAS works in some other protocol, exp SMB, FTP, USB etc.
It must work with SMB correctly, but it doesn't.
So, does anybody know how to get the NAS system log?
