I have lost my login informations. I tried to login via LAN to my Nas but it only says that username or pasword is incorrect. How can I reset password. Long estimated time to sync additional drive in NAS

So my Twonky server no longer works. It's on, but the web address no longer works. And my Smart TVs show no files being shared.
