Thank you for the confirmation. How to I upgrade the firmware? I have gone to the maintenance screen and my options are Method either TPTP or HTTP Server IP File Name Iimage either Active or Backup Browse file either Choose File What do I put where Thanks

Any help would be appreciated along with how I actually can upload the firmware to the switch, my options are either tftp or http, so I'm confused as I've downloaded the file locally
