Hi @Zyxel_Judy We are using NCC. Please see the attached screenshots of the set up and client lists. Thank you. It seems one SSID is having bad connection more than the other. We have also tried to moved the APs away from each other, think it's helped a little bit but still bad connection and trying both APs.
