@JeanFrancois The device has 2 firmwares, one for the router and one for the modem (LTE Module). A more recent LTE Module firmware version is available (v8 vs v11) but please note that this newer version is not from Zyxel but from Netgear but, of course, for the same LTE Module (EG18-EA). So install it at your own risk.…

@Janusz_Nosacz If your goal is use IPv6 the only way I know is using manual APN configuration and select IPv4/IPv6 from "PDP Type" field. If your mobile provider supports IPv6 you will see the assigned address under "WAN Information" "IPv6 address". By the way, how is going the new LTE module firmware ?

Hello @Nykos May I ask you which mobile operator do you use ? I think to have the same problem, LTE connection established but suddenly no internet access from any device but I never thought to link this behaviour to WiFi but, rather, to the operator because, to me, the problem occurs only with a specific one. Thanks

Total silence from the support for my ticket open 2 months ago. No comment Zyxel must understand this is a common issue and, for this reason, I invite all those having the problem to open a ticket. If not, Zyxel will simply ignore "that single guy unable to use the modem/router".
