This is happening to all Macs I have SecuExtender installed on. It takes a day or two, but the user will open the app and the Activation is gone as is the VPN config once I reenter the Activation code. The users don't use this app every day, but it's really disruptive when they need access to the server and can't connect.

this seems to have fixed it.

I'm getting Application.SystemInformer.2b5a37bd alerts too. ATP200. Seriously, Zyxel. You need a better system of removing these false positives. I've been jumping through hoops for a week and a half trying to get the MSILHeracles worked out with you. It's like you have no internal testing and wait for problems to happen…

ATP100. I'm on V5.36, a weekly version. Maybe yours in newer?

@Zyxel_Kevin, I have a Bitdefender log from a machine that was being flagged as trying to download malware while the I was running the bitdefender tool. I think this should give you what you need. How do I get the log file to you?

I have SentinelOne and BlackPoint running on every machine that is triggering the download. I've done scans of those machines…

Well, I just had a use have this problem and the MFA was still turned on. I have to investigate this later today. Ugh. They did seem to be at least partially connected even though MFA failed. (pings worked to servers)

in this case it was an error in the firmware. MFA was getting turned off on reboot of the device. Something I discovered when looking at a backup config. There was a “no MFA” line at the bottom of the IKE config that would persist even when MFA was turned on. This was fixed in a firmware update about a year ago. So, the…

So there's no way to use a self-signed certificate to avoid the "Your connection is not private" message?

I was able to save passwords. You have to click into another field before saving or the password isn't saved. On the whole, the system is clunky on a Mac. There is no Menu bar icon, so using the Systems VPN, but that requires several click a to create the connection. Then people have to launch the 2FA page manually.

Also, the Get Config from Server fails with the Mac client as well. The Windows version works fine. Had to create a config file on the Windows machine and import into the Mac.
