ok, so it need to be disabled in multiple places or the documentation fails to accurately describe the system. so sad, SecuReporter has NOT been an endorsement to your other paid-for licenses.

Criminey, now I can not turn off the SecuReporter emails even though I unchecked its box. What a nightmare.

I have disabled SecuReporter and now view the "trail" offer as just another useless marketing ploy. I assume my problem is because none of the "profiles" have any valid license. Too bad, Zyxel is such a failure in documentation and marketing.

"No data available" =/= "No issues found" Product is providing me no benefit that I can tell and is just frustrating to enable. How can I disable the product and stop uploading any information to ZYXEL?

I modified my Healthcare_profile to enable service and log, but see this Doesn't SecuReporter trial period cover this? For applying to security policy rules, why doesn't WAN_to_Device get logged, or is that covered elsewhere?

still NO AVAILABLE DATA what gives?

How about a setup wizard without spending hours reading docs and guessing? All I see in the Dashboard is, "No Data Available"
