    I have disabled SecuReporter and now view the "trail" offer as just another useless marketing ploy. I assume my problem is because none of the "profiles" have any valid license.

    Too bad, Zyxel is such a failure in documentation and marketing.

    Criminey, now I can not turn off the SecuReporter emails even though I unchecked its box. What a nightmare.

    Hi @Dynamited,

    Did you also delete the device from the list of claimed device on SecuReporter?

    After you delete the device from the list of claimed device on SecuReporter and “Enable SecuReporter” is disabled on ZyWALL, you won't receive daily reports from SecuReporter.

    The emails may be from myZyxel.com.

    Can you share the screen shot of "emails" you received with me in private message?
