If you use the NSU software from Zyxel, can you find with success your NAS326 ? Download link : ftp://ftp.zyxel.com/NAS326/software/ If not, try the hard reset (3bip) and reconfigure all from start... But before this, Check your network (cable RJ45, switch, router).
