  • Sorry for the late reply. I needed to whitelist an IPBX installed by a fellow telephonist, just to be sure it wasnt the USG degrading the phonetraffic. As we were lending the USG to the customer for a spam issue, we just removed it (and it didn't improved the quality of the phone conversations)
