With the old firmware this did not work as the router would override the manual settings when it reconfigures the ap automatically.

I have tried that, but the router automatically reconfigures the WX3100 after I set the settings manually. I have also updated the WX3100 to the latest firmware, but it had not effect on this issue. I suspect the issue is with the router pushing the wrong config. This would mean that the router requires an update, but i…
