I was able to resolve the issue. As I said I had been removed (removed myself) as an admin from an organization I no longer manage. I had myself added back and all of the alerts re-appeared. I have enabled Zyxel support to Magforce USA, but again, the problem is at the MSP Portal level which enables the notifications for multiple organizations that I manage. I think the problem started when I removed an Organization from my account.

Turns out it was an ISP issue. Back to normal function again.

If anyone else needs to release an account, the answer is this: contact support by phone or email, they will guide you thru releasing an Org to another owner. Support has to do the actual transition.
